Sports Day

25th May 2023

This year for our Sports Day, the sun shone and it was lovely to see all our pupils enjoying the day. During the morning, our older pupils led children around 12 activity stations with races taking place in the afternoon.  The House relays always provide a competitive end to the races! Thank you to everyone who came to support and to the parents who got into the spirit of the day and joined in the races at the end. Everyone took part by doing their very best and sporting each other. Well done to Avon (green) House for getting the most overall points and winning the Sports Cup.

This term Year 5 and 6 have had coaching from the Stroud Handball team and our younger pupils have enjoyed their sessions with Little Kickers. A team form Year 3 and 4 took part in the Stroud Active Sports Network Quad Kids athletics on Wednesday. They put in some brilliant performances across the different events.
